Why did my watch stop even though the winder is rotating?

The winder maintains power; it doesn't "recharge" a dead watch. Please manually wind your watch 20-40 turns before the first use. Also, check if your watch requires a specific TPD/direction (some only wind clockwise).
What watch sizes fit inside the winder?

The winder fits mechanical wristwatches with a strap circumference of 17.5–19.5 cm and case thickness up to 28 mm. In dual mode, it holds two watches with dials up to 47 mm each; in single mode, one watch up to 58 mm. Not for quartz watches.
The winder stopped spinning after a few minutes, is it broken?

No! This is the built-in rest cycle. For example, in Mode B, it rests for 6 minutes after 2 minutes of spinning to prevent over-winding. It's working perfectly!
Is a power adapter included? Does it run on batteries?
